Q-Con Quality Constructors N.V. was established in 1991 on Curaçao and has since then rendered construction services to both private and public sector on the island. We have more than 25 years of experience and throughout these years we have acquired and/or developed the skills in house for both restoration and new construction. Our craftsmanship is showcased in the many projects on our beautiful island.
In our strive to continuously improve our quality and services we implemented a management system based on the high level structure of the ISO 9001 standards. Our certifying party is DNV GL Business Assurance B.V. The level of quality and customer satisfaction is key in our processes. The company undergoes an annual external audit, performed by the certifying party, to ensure that we meet the ISO 9001 standards. In addition, internal audits are conducted by our Quality Manager on a periodic basis throughout the year.
Q-Con Quality Constructors N.V. (hereafter, referred as Q-Con) is a medium size family business with circa 35 employees. Q-Con consist of three departments; construction, Human Resource and financial department. The CEO of the company in co-operation with the project leaders are responsible for the daily operations. In addition, Q-Con has its Quality Manager that is responsible for the continuous monitoring if the ISO procedures. The CFO and its administration clerk are responsible for the financial and HR department.
Q-Con has done construction of new buildings and restoration for the type of customers listed below:
- Retail/Hospitality (fast-food franchise & apartments)
- Business premises (offices)
- Government offices
- Quasi-Government offices (schools)
- Other (housing)
Q-Con differentiate itself from its competitors due to its broader range of services, our employees are skilled to work on both new construction and restoration which increases our flexibility. Our Customer satisfaction is measured through questionnaires and our score for 2015 and 2014 were respectively 8.8 and 7.7 out of 10. The quality score according to our customers is 9.1 and 9.4 for the year 2015 and 2014. We take the suggestions and/or complaints of our customer very serious and strive to maintain and/or improve our service/quality where necessary.
