Our certifying party is DNV GL Business Assurance B.V. The level of quality and customer satisfaction is key in our processes. The company undergoes an annual external audit, performed by the certifying party, to ensure that we meet the ISO 9001 standards. In addition, internal audits are conducted by our Quality Manager on a periodic basis throughout the year.
